This survey is based on the “Kurume Bicycle Racing Medium-Term Management Plan” (hereinafter referred to as the “Mid-Term Management Plan”) and the “Kurume Bicycle Racing Business Profit Improvement Basic Concept” (hereinafter referred to as the “Basic Concept for Profit Improvement”). A project to implement the maintenance, maintenance, and operation of public facilities, etc. that can make the most of the know-how possessed by private businesses.
In this project, in addition to the Kurume Bicycle Racetrack Facility Improvement Fund (approximately 2.8 billion yen at the end of FY2019), it is assumed that funds obtained from bicycle race business revenues will be used as necessary.
In addition, we will harmonize with the environment in the Masagen Park area where the Kurume Bicycle Racetrack is located, and develop new public facilities (sports recreation facilities) that can hold bicycle races (consolidate existing facilities and make them compact), It is assumed that management and operation will be implemented to improve the profits of the bicycle race track and realize various measures of the Basic Plan for Profit Improvement.
