This survey is based on the “Kurume Bicycle Racing Medium-Term Management Plan” (hereinafter referred to as the “Mid-term Management Plan”) and the “Kurume Bicycle Racing Business Profit Improvement Basic Plan” (hereinafter referred to as the “Basic Concept for Profit Improvement”). In rebuilding the bicycle racetrack, we will individually listen to opinions and proposals on the conditions of the project that implements the maintenance, maintenance and operation of public facilities, etc., so that we can make the most of the know-how owned by private businesses. The purpose is to utilize it for the examination of the business method of the Kurume Bicycle Racing Racing Racing Racing Project (hereinafter referred to as the “Main Project”).
This project is based on the Kurume Bicycle Racetrack Facility Improvement Fund (approximately 2.8 billion yen at the end of FY2019), as well as funds obtained from bicycle race business profits as necessary.
In addition, in harmony with the environment in the Shogenji Park area where the Kurume bicycle race track is located, we will develop a new public facility (sports recreation facility) that can hold bicycle races (consolidate existing facilities and make them compact), It is assumed that management and operation will be implemented to improve the profitability of the bicycle racetrack and realize various measures in the Basic Concept for Profit Improvement.
