I'm starting a midnight bicycle race

At the Kurume Bicycle Racecourse, a midnight bicycle race will be held from November 2021 as the 25th midnight bicycle race venue in Japan.
In midnight bicycle races, telephone voting, excluding the secured method, and ticket tickets will be released so that Internet users can easily enjoy bicycle races.
